A. When a person makes an application by presenting the necessary documents, the request is put on hold until the necessary permission is obtained (normal army check). The loan is then processed for up to 50% of the value.

A. 1-20 years

Q. The ratio of sales of off plan properties is the same as that of finished properties. Are mortgages available to finance off plan properties?

A. No. Mortgages are given providing there are no obstacle to the title deeds. If a property is not built yet, it will not have its title deeds.
