STANDARD SERVICE	Maintenance, Property Inspection and Key-Holding
Security Visits. Open windows to air property, check water and electric. Switch on all electrical appliances to ensure that they are working. Check security grills, water plants and pick up mail. If the property has a garden, clear any rubbish and check that the watering system is in working order. Pools will be surface skimmed only but chemicals will be added on due dates or as and when required. Secure property when leaving.
Standard Service is based on a 1 year contract
Daily Visit		£1400.00 per annum
Weekly Visit		£520.00 per annum
Bi Weekly Visit		£312.00 per annum
The additional services listed below are only available at the prices indicated if one of the above contracts has been taken up:
Changeovers include: Clean and tidy kitchen, living, bathroom, WC and bedroom areas. Bed linen and towel wash. Inventory check and report.

Please note all Annual Contract additional services and Pay As You Go guest services are based on a 5 mile radius from Altinkum. A mileage surcharge will be added for properties outside of this area. Prices are on application.
