Whoa! What a place; newly built, fresh staff, great position and all inclusive! So why do we get so many complaints? Maybe because they have so many guests the complaints are small by percentage and you can't please everybody, or maybe it's because it's bad!

Just returned from holiday 13th August. And I have to let you all know. That the Garden of Sun is the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in. I was a party of eight, so I speek for all of us. The staff were very rude,no yes please or thank you's, never smiled. And they didnt want to help at all they just didnt understand English. The food was very repetive. IE the two weeks that we were there, spaghetti bolognaise, chicken, Chips every night. Only two drinks could be ordered at the bar wether soft or alcholic, so if you are happy to queue all day every day then thats fine. Really if you have any sense dont go there. But Turkey is very beautiful and the people are generally very nice.

this hotel as got its act together say thank you and you ll get a your welcome back drinks are now strong the place is spotless and food very good its low key at night for adults lots for kids but a night out in the town is great as a party of five adults young and older we all had a great time
