You will visit the open air museum created in marble and recognised as one of the world's most important Roman legacies. Ephesus was a key commercial centre of Western Anatolia boasting the Temple of Artemis which is one of the seven Ancient Wonders of the World. The beginnings of Christianity can be traced back to Ephesus, indeed St Paul preached and taught in Ephesus for more than two years.

I saw lots of important and exciting stuff on this tour. It is great as a history tour too.

I liked this tour for the content but the turtle thing was a let doen. It wasn't a real turtle!
